MorternComics is a micro enterprise created by Jason Guillaume in Sacramento, California. Jason is autistic with severe language disorder who uses vibrant, multi color patterns to express his perceptions of the world around him. He created the Mortern Universe where the lead protagonist is Rodoman. Rodoman (undercover name, Patric Gold) is a teenager with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who after running away from bullies, stumbled upon an artificial intelligence robotic spherical that encompassed his body and turned him into a Superhero.

When he is not in his art studio, creating his comic books and other illustrations, he is out on the field playing sports with the beloved Norcal Special Olympics. Jason has been a Special Olympic athlete for over 10 years including serving as a special Olympic Athlete Leader.
